Lodgewood Building Services is a local business in the Leighton Buzzard area, that I decided to start to enable me to provide a first class service and the end result that the client has dreamed of. I have so often found in the construction industry that the care to detail has not been provided when working for other building firms and pride myself on producing what the client actually wants and to a very high and professional standard.
I also believe that communication is key. I believe a building contract also produces a relationship, a friendship if you like, and am proud to have obtained a lot of work through word of mouth due to my high quality and friendly service. I believe that there should be no hidden extras and keep clients informed at all times.
Having worked in the building industry for 18 years, since leaving school, I now feel that I am able to provide the right tradesman for the job and only use the best and trustworthy tradesmen that I have had the pleasure of working with during my time in the construction industry, and know first hand that for each job we need to complete , I wouldn't choose to have anyone else carry out the task for me in my own home or in anyone else's.
